Job Description-
  • The person will be required to be strong in people management and service delivery.
  • The candidate will be required to train and manages process associates in insurance domain
  • The concerned person will be required to understand and propose various qualities and process improvement measures.
  • This position will make candidate accountable for various team initiates and will be expected to ensure excellent working environment
  • This position will require the ability to prepare MIS reports and submit the same timely This position
  • will require the ability to interact with Customers and manage their queries.
  • This position will require providing day-to-day coordination on the activities of the team.
Qualification- Graduate / Post Graduate
Exp- 5 + yrs (post qualification)
Rotational Shift (5 days working)
